Tale Of Two Attorneys

A Tale of Two Attorneys

A story of two attorneys of the same generational frame and how their work affected the mentally ill.

This is a story of contrast so the purpose is to pick the best and worse. In addition to being attorneys, both are men and White and of the approximate age.

The worst case example is Scott Newman, former prosecutor of Marion County, IN. He is currently a partner in a large and profitable private law firm. He is a Republican.

The best case example is Fran Quigley. He is a former law professor, public defender, and currently the head of the Indiana Civil Libertities Union. He is a Democrat.
